Information is used to deliver (required by postal and courier companies) the items you have purchased and to further enhance our service offering to you. No personal information will be sold or traded with any entity except with your explicit consent or when required by an applicable Australian law.
- There are no additional processing fees applied to an E-Gift Voucher purchase.
- E-Gift Vouchers can be used over multiple transactions.
- E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue as listed on the printed or digital copy of the gift card.
- E-Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
- If your order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by PayPal.
- If you return products purchased using a gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited on a new gift voucher to be used on your next purchase.
- E-Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the person in the shipping details of the order. E-Gift Vouchers are emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Stella.Phoneix is not liable for the wrong delivery of an E-Gift Voucher. The buyer must ensure the correct details are entered into the shipping area of the transaction. - Stella.Phoenix is not responsible if an E-Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Stella.Phoenix reserves the right to cancel an E-Gift Voucher if we deem such action to be necessary.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. You may only place orders with StellaPhoenix for domestic use and products must not be resold unless previously organized. Refer to the Stella.Phoenix Wholesale page for further details.
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to limited access to the property or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please email [email protected] with any queries on your order and delivery details.
Stella.Phoenix orders will endeavor to be posted within 3-4 business days. Customers will be sent an email with tracking details once their order has been sent. A person must be available at the specified shipping address to sign for delivery.
Australian deliveries are made using Couriers Please or Australia Post. If no-one is available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, your parcel will be left in an area that is deemed safe by the delivery driver.
International deliveries are made using DHL (usually takes 7 business days depending on the area). If no-one is available at the address specified when the deliver is attempted, your parcel will be returned to the DHL dispatch centre and a card left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery – we recommend the customer must make time allowance for this as a precaution.
Customers will be sent an email with tracking details once their order has been sent.

QUALITY OF GOODS
Stella.Phoenix ensures that the products that we supply correspond closely to the samples and images on the website. Unfortunately, due to variations in production runs, computer monitor screen differences and printing colour differences, Stella.Phoenix will not accept responsibility for slight variations in colour, embellishment or construction.
All garments have a care label in which must be adhered to when cleaning.
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences in expectation. Please ensure the size chart is referred to as we are not able to return or exchange sizes.

Shipping charges are only refundable when the item(s) ordered are returned to Stella.Phoenix unwashed and unworn.
If a customer does not pay an invoice (manual order) by the due date, the invoice will automatically be cancelled the next business day without notice.
